And why couldn't your students do Algebra HW on google.docs? They could each start a HW doc w/ you as collaborator, copy/paste the assignment from your doc to theirs, & do their work...
I told you I got a mentor, didnt I? She's amazing; & she's a 9th grade Algebra teacher! She has the most incredible stuff she does w/her kids HW--if you've got time (BWWWWWAAHAHAHAHA!), I'll see if I can get the 2 of you in touch. She is a major google.maven, but she's doing all kinds of other stuff I bet you could use too.
